WORKSHOP FOR THE WORKPLACE

• We do an ergonomic study of the work environment.

• We analyze potential risks and injuries caused by the equipment used and repetitive movements.

• We analyze the posture of each individual in their work environment and we give them personalized correction guidelines.

• We teach what are the short and long term physical and emotional consequences of incorrect posture.

• We teach what is the ideal position to sit at the computer, how to get up from a chair or bed while in pain, how to pick heavy weight without injuring oneself.

• We teach Terol Method exercises to prevent and get rid of lower back pain and sciatic and cervical pain.
